1. Send the document as Microsoft Word 2003 compatible file email
attachment to: editor@english-repair.com. Please include your name,
address, and the name of the journal in which you wish to publish your
manuscript.
2. A quote will be provided based on a word count of your document and
the level of editing required. References will not be counted in
the word count. The quote will be sent to you via email.
Eurozone countries, Japan, South Korea and Taiwan
$0.075/word - within 3 days $0.065/word – after three days
China, Russia, Poland, Turkey, Malaysia, and South America
$0.045/word – within 3 days $0.035/word – after three days
Rates are quoted in Canadian dollars (CAD).
Additional discounted rates may apply. Please inquire for a customized
quote if your institution is in a country not listed or if your manuscript
has a word count exceeding 8,000 words.
3. Upon receipt of the quote, please reply to confirm if you agree
with the quote. In most cases, editing of an average 15-20 page
manuscript will be completed and returned to you via email within
72 hours.
